Float is the seventh track on Jorinus' debut EDM album titled Translucid. In it he attempts to capture the theme of escapism and depersonalization through his beautiful descriptions of weightlessness, comfortable numbness and liminality. It works well in the album's progressive journey through different emotional theme's and sensations as it comes after 'Bloom' which is very happy and challenges the listener to boldly be and dare show their colours. Float goes further as it's not about dancing on earth's surface anymore but floating a bit too high above it.
